Return And Refund Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has shipped: email info@goodweather-scratchmap.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under Returns & Exchanges below.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including change of mind. Returns are accepted by mail.

Who pays return shipping: if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Good Weather covers the return shipping cost. If you are returning because you changed your mind, the customer arranges and pays for return shipping.

Due to the nature of our scratch map products, the following conditions apply:

• Condition: items must be returned brand new and completely unused, with the original tube packaging intact and still sealed.
• Opened items: once the tube has been opened the map cannot be resold, so change-of-mind returns and exchanges must be unopened. This does not affect faulty, damaged or incorrect items, which are covered whether or not the tube has been opened.
• Restocking fee: a 40% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are exempt — these are handled as described above at no cost to you. The fee also does not apply where your local consumer law gives you a right to cancel without charge (for example, the 14-day cancellation right in the UK and EU).

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of the returned item reaching our facility.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@goodweather-scratchmap.com with your order number before sending anything back. For a change-of-mind return, include photos showing the tube is still sealed; for a faulty or damaged item, include photos of the fault.
