Return And Refund Policy

All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. If order cancellation request is received within 24 hours of order placement AND the order has not been shipped yet, 10% of your cancelled amount will be charged as cancellation fee. Once shipping arrangement is arranged, it cannot be cancelled. Under the circumstances where order cancellation might be considered after order is shipped, cancelled items need to be returned to our facility before refund is issued. Please note that customers are responsible for all fees involved for returning items. In addition, 40% of your cancelled amount will be charged as restocking fee.

If you want to deduct the product quantity after your order is placed, it will be considered as Partial Cancellation. Please note that 10% of your cancelled amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including change of mind. Returns are accepted by mail.

Who pays return shipping: if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Good Weather covers the return shipping cost. If you are returning because you changed your mind, the customer arranges and pays for return shipping.

Due to the nature of our scratch map products, the following conditions apply:

• Condition: items must be returned brand new and completely unused, with the original tube packaging intact and unsealed.
• Opened items: once the tube packaging has been opened the map cannot be resold, so opened items are not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of reason.
• Restocking fee: a 40% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are exempt — these are handled as described above at no cost to you.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of the returned item reaching our facility.
