When you place an order on this website, in-stock items leave our shipping facility within 3 to 7 business days from your order being placed, Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. All orders are subject to product availability. For high demand products, processing time may be longer. Currently we offer worldwide shipping with different carriers depending on the destination country. Orders placed with a free shipping promotion will be shipped via a carrier of our choice. Free shipping promotions are subject to limitations in certain locations.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Should this occur, every attempt will be made to contact you to arrange reshipment. We reserve the right to charge any additional costs or expenses incurred from such arrangements.

If you are unable to collect your products within 30 days after a shipping completion email is received, or if you have not provided sufficient delivery instructions, we may at our discretion cancel your order and charge any additional expenses incurred. No refund will be issued in such cases.
